Position : PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR
Requirement : • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Possess knowledge of CNC DELEM Control
Touch screen.
• Ability to operate DELEM DA-58T & DA-66T
( Preferred) .
• You will have 3-5 years experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the press brake with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and
parameters and fabricate products as required.
• Perform correct set-up procedures for folding operations on
the Press Brake.
• Prioritize production runs to ensure customer orders are
finished on time.
• maximize machine productivity.
• Possess working knowledge of material bend Radius and
“K” factors .
• Maximize material use by applying proper folding
techniques and tooling.
• Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process.
• Carry out loading and unloading of material.
• Prepare product for shipment when requested.
• Pack items for shipment, manually, or using hoist.
• Forklift experience needed ( but not essential )
• Inspect and maintain press brake.
• Carry our routine machine maintenance.
• Apply / follow all Health and Safety procedures in the
workplace.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Help maintain a positive team culture.
• Ensure you adhere to Health and Safety policies.
Physical Requirements:
• You need to be physically fit to operate the press brake.
• Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and
carrying materials.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
LOCATION : Auckland New Zealand
WAGE RATE : NZ$ 29.66 Per hour.
equals : UAE dirham 66.24 per hour.
Role Type : Full-time Permanent.
Hours per week : 40 Hours per week :
Working Days : MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Work Timing : 7:30AM – 4 PM.
YOU MAY NEED TO WORK OVERTIME – Depending on work demand .
( YOU MAY NEED TO WORK ON WEEKENDS IF REQUIRED)
